wake up at 8am, intending to bathe, but too tired and sick already, so decided not to bathe.
today is a sick day for me as i got very bad sore throat and abit of flu.
blood even came from my nose.
i think that it is too heaty as I have been eating steamboat, fried stuff and snacks.
probably we need to really change our eating style and lead a healthy lifestyle here.
today was a short day for lesson, because miss neo says that a lot people is sick,
and she don't want to cramp everything together, or else we couldn't take it too.
class end at 12pm today.
reflection:
being sick is so miserable. couldn't do what i want and be energetic.
i should have prevent myself from all those heaty stuff, but i didn't.
so i learnt a lesson that i should lead a healthy lifestyle in wuhan.
will eat more fruits and vegetables and less on fried foods and chips.
