wake up at 8am, intending to bathe, but too tired and sick already, so decided not to bathe.
today is a sick day for me as i got very bad sore throat and abit of flu.
blood even came from my nose.
i think that it is too heaty as I have been eating steamboat, fried stuff and snacks.
probably we need to really change our eating style and lead a healthy lifestyle here.
today was a short day for lesson, because miss neo says that a lot people is sick,
and she don't want to cramp everything together, or else we couldn't take it too.
class end at 12pm today.
reflection:
being sick is so miserable. couldn't do what i want and be energetic.
i should have prevent myself from all those heaty stuff, but i didn't.
so i learnt a lesson that i should lead a healthy lifestyle in wuhan.
will eat more fruits and vegetables and less on fried foods and chips.

the 'tang bao' in wuhan, it is the same as 'xiao long bao' in singapore.
very tasty, most of the people love it.
it's very cheap also.
8 pieces for SG$0.60
hahas, and the taste is like 'din tai feng' standard.
isn't it great that we are enjoying it ~
we were to lazy to wash clothes already.
so we went to this place which is very near to hostel to wash it.
only S$0.70 for 1 bucket.
for drying, S$1.60 only.

as i am sick, so i eat something that is not heaty like soup.
dogs are everywhere in wuhan. they can go into shopping mall also.
and you see, the dog is doing it's small business~
oh my god.
very unhygienic!!
